Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ta111 website, mobile platform, and all associated services. By registering an account or using any feature of the ta111 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

To create and maintain an account on ta111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using ta111.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on ta111. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ta111 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws in Bangladesh.

ta111 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

ta111 supports a range of trusted payment methods widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and major credit or debit cards. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All payment accounts used for deposits must be registered in the same name as your ta111 account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the transaction and possible account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method. ta111 endeavours to process all approved withdrawals promptly, though processing may take up to 3-5 business days depending on the method selected and any ongoing KYC review.
• ta111 may apply transaction fees on certain payment methods or withdrawal amounts. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ta111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events like BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the following conditions:

ta111 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotions, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaging in any form of bonus manipulation will have their account permanently closed and all associated balances and winnings forfeited.

Responsible Gaming & Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt ta111's infrastructure, servers, databases, or software systems through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or any other unauthorised technical means.

Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ta111 content without express prior written consent from ta111.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ta111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. ta111 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious components at all times.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute between a player and ta111, the player is required to first submit a formal complaint to our support team at [email protected]. ta111 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to provide a full written response within 7 business days of receipt. Where the complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and fair play principles. ta111 is committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, and secure gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh, and operates under principles of player protection and responsible gaming best practice.

Amendments, Termination & Entire Agreement

ta111 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ta111 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ta111 following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

ta111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that ta111 reasonably considers harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games. These Terms, together with ta111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between the player and ta111 regarding use of the platform.
